All Individual Monthly Memberships have a $29 Activation fee. All 2-Person Monthly Memberships have a $49 Activation Fee. Family Memberships are for parents/guardians and their children/dependents. Children aged 3 and under will not be charged for a membership and may accompany the parent inside the gym free of charge. Memberships will charge on the 13th of every month. All Memberships have a $0 cancellation fee. Memberships may be frozen for $10 per person per month. Memberships can be reactivated with no activation fee any time within the hold period.
